Jennifer Ozzello, MSN, PMHNP

Jennifer (Jen) Ozzello is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor’s of Nursing degree from Samuel Merritt University and her Master’s of Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Jen has over 10 years of experience in a variety of settings including inpatient, outpatient, and community mental health with multicultural populations of adults.

Mental wellness is Jen’s passion, and she is dedicated to partnering with you in creating a plan to reach your self-described mental wellness goals, in a safe and nonjudgmental space. Her approach to partnering in your care is holistic, evidence-based, and individualized, recognizing and respecting individual treatment preferences, experiences, and beliefs while utilizing the minimal amount of medication necessary. Jen’s goal is to empower you through knowledge and education so that you may thrive.

Jen works collaboratively with adults and older adults. Suggestions for treatment may include medication(s), brief therapeutic interventions, non-medication approaches, lifestyle modifications, and others. Jen treats a wide array of mental health issues and has special interests in depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, and PTSD.
