  • If your insurance is not listed here, please let us know as we are frequently adding new insurance plans, as needed.

Please be aware that not every clinician in our group is in-network with every payer listed.  However, we have several therapists contracted with each payer and are adding more all the time.  We will let you know at the time of scheduling if your desired clinician accepts your insurance.

Our billing staff will provide you with an estimate of costs co-pay/co-insurance before your first appointment. Please be aware that insurance companies only provide us with a quote, and will not guarantee payment.  Insurance coverage is a contract between the patient and the insurance company and they can only determine coverage when a claim is received.  There may be details in your policies that they do not check when providing estimates to our billers.  The ultimate responsibility for understanding your insurance benefits and financial responsibility rests with you.  We encourage you to contact your carrier directly to ensure you are aware of any limitations to your coverage. You are responsible for payment of all co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance with the billing department.

Patient Payment Method

Our billing department will process your payment for services within 48 hours after your appointment.  We will charge your credit card on file for financial responsibilities in connection with your care and treatment or missed appointment/ early cancellation fees.

Out of Network

We are happy to file out-of-network claims on your behalf.  If you wish to file for direct reimbursement, we can provide you with the appropriate documentation.  

Cancellation /
No Show Policy

If you cancel your appointment, you must provide 48 hour notice or a $99 cancellation fee will be charged.
