Lisa provides a safe space with genuine warmth and empathy to allow clients to improve self-image, reduce shame, increase confidence, and reduce negative beliefs.
Lisa uses a combination of person-centered, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and solution-focused therapy to help guide clients through a collaborative therapeutic experience. Lisa focuses on client’s strengths and life goals. She believes we can make positive changes in perspective and behavior at any point to create a healthier, more fulfilling life.
