Reagan O’Hare is a Licensed Professional Counselor who graduated from The University of Texas at Tyler. Reagan has over 20 years of experience in various settings and has served as a school counselor for over nine years. Her approach to therapy is warm, encouraging, and grounded in the belief that growth is always possible. Reagan is passionate about helping both young people and adults recognize their worth, build confidence, and navigate life’s transitions. Whether you’re working through trauma, ADHD, high anxiety, or life on the autism spectrum, she offers a supportive space where healing and self-discovery can unfold.
Reagan utilizes Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients grow, learn to reframe, and reflect. Reagan is passionate about working with children who struggle with ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, Self-Esteem, Stress, Life Transitions, Grief, Behavioral Issues, as well as supporting parents and adults in these areas of focus.
